How does payment work?
At checkout you choose: credit or debit card, or PayPal. Both tunnels are secure and Mad2Moi never stores your card number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in 1 click. From the app (Profile → Premium → Manage subscription), you open your billing space depending on your payment method, and cancel. Premium access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a commitment?
None. You can cancel anytime and keep Premium until the end of the current period. The 3- and 12-month plans are one-time payments, not a commitment.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your account stays active, simply without the Premium features. You can upgrade again anytime.
Is Mad2Moi free without Premium?
Signing up, your profile, likes, matches and conversations with your matches cost nothing. Accounts registered as female get full, free access with no time limit. Premium is needed to message someone you haven't matched with, and for comfort features.
Is my data safe?
Mad2Moi is hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant. Geolocation is blurred, your photo goes through moderation with human review, and you can export or delete your data instantly.
